STRENGTHS-BASED INTERVIEWS
You will have two face-to-face, strengths-based interviews; each will consist of four to six questions. We are looking for individuals who embody eight key strengths: drive, collaboration, growth, strategic awareness, exibility, social adaptability, logical mind-set and resilience.
Strengths-based interviews do not rely on your past experiences in the way that competency-based questions do. We will expect you to bring energy, enthusiasm and real-life examples to your answers. Examples of strength based interview questions are:
• What is something you are particularly proud of?
• What do you nd is always left until last on your to-do list?
• What is an activity or task that comes easily to you?
• What were your favorite subjects at school?
• Describe a situation in which you feel most like ‘yourself’?
• What would you say is a successful day?
