WHAT TO EXPECT ON THE DAY
INTRODUCTION TO THE FDM CAREERS PROGRAM
This is an opportunity for you to introduce yourself to other candidates on the day and nd out further information about FDM’s current opportunities. FDM will explain the training program and your career progression possibilities. If you have any questions that you would like to ask this is a great time to bring them up!
TECHNICAL INTERVIEW
You will have one face-to-face technical interview. This will cover your experience with any technical concepts relevant to your area of interest (i.e. Excel, SQL, etc.). Be prepared to discuss any technical skills listed on your résumé,

• Ensure you arrive on time
• Remember to bring your required documentation
• Demonstrate professionalism at all times
• Prepare for the interviews and tests as much as possible
• Research FDM’s Careers Program thoroughly
• Keep up to date with technology changes in the industry
• Be yourself and answer all questions honestly
