FDM INITIATIVES
CAREER COMMUNITY INITIATIVE
We have successfully launched over 5,000 careers in technology and we want to harness that experience and learning to create and inspire more exciting careers. The purpose of this initiative is to connect FDM Alumni, from all backgrounds and levels of experience, with FDM Consultants to share their views and knowledge across the community.
WOMEN IN TECH INITIATIVE
The lack of women in technology has been an ongoing issue for many years; currently, only 15% of the Computing sector in the US is made up of women. FDM’s global ‘Women in Tech’ initiative is dedicated to making IT a more female-friendly career choice and as a result boasts a 26% female workforce and circa 50% women in the senior management team.
VETERANS INITIATIVE
FDM is committed to helping veterans with their transition from the military into the corporate world. The FDM Veterans Initiative o ers veterans a tailored career path to support their transition, providing them with quality training, ongoing support and commercial experience. FDM has been recognized as an award- winning military friendly employer for its commitment to veteran hiring.
