FDM and the Army CSP ProgramIn collaboration with the U.S. Army Career Skills Program (CSP), FDM offers specialty training specifically for soldiers planning their transition to a civilian career. The FDM Careers Program provides you with vocational training which can be completed prior to your formal transition from service. This 12-week training is followed by commercial employment working for a minimum of two years as an FDM Consultant onsite with FDM’s clients, many of which are top banking and financial services organizations. The training covers industry-specific technologies and systems, preparing you for projects in Business Analysis and Project Management. This evaluates your technical aptitude and ability to successfully complete the training.
