FDM and the Army CSP ProgramIn collaboration with the U.S. Army Career Skills Program (CSP), FDM offers specialty training specifically for soldiers planning their transition to a civilian career. The FDM Careers Program provides you with vocational training which can be completed prior to your formal transition from service. This 12-week training is followed by commercial employment working for a minimum of two years as an FDM Consultant onsite with FDM’s clients, many of which are top banking and financial services organizations. The training covers industry-specific technologies and systems, preparing you for projects in Business Analysis and Project Management. Assessment DayIf you pass the telephone interview stage, you will be invited to take part in our Assessment Day. This evaluates your technical aptitude and ability to successfully complete the training.
